A very good chant beginning with the sound Hu. (The sounds the planets make as they circle the sun) And going into Allah Hu. The voices of the people chanting are very unified. Adnan said the chanting becomes most effective when the group becomes one voice. When the group becomes one voice the energy of the whole group becomes the energy of each person. Hu is a name of God in Arabic and Allah is the breath, is God, is the inhalation and exhalation and the more you repeat this the higher the state becomes.
