The Sufi way of drumming joins us together in the present moment. The mind becomes deeply calm. Drums are provided, but if you have your own favorite, feel free to bring it.

Sufi Workshops involve a variety of techniques to raise consciousness. They include drumming, dance, breathing and movement exercises, meditation, chanting and whirling. These techniques heighten concentration, free the body from tension the mind from anxiety and stress, bring harmony, contentment, and help one to release negative habits (by developing the intelligence of the heart.)
