The Sufi work, developed by Adnan Sarhan, comes to Frankfort, Kentucky. Join us in two weekends of combining the breath, movement, rhythm and chanting to bring about a profound state of presence in the moment. Being in the moment brings healing, positive change and deeper perception.

Held at the beautiful The Light Clinic in Frankfort, Kentucky, the workshop will give an experience of the state gained when Sufism, “the science of the soul”, is applied to simple physical exercises, music and chanting.
